RESULT
Using strategic and qualitative collection we were able to uncover free marketing potential for EPLAN. In a telephone questionnaire we looked for direct discussion with the customer. We became attentive to important customer needs, outstanding questions, and the unique selling proposition of EPLAN. Analysis of the qualitative data we acquired led to a concrete and measured plan with recommendations for action in the online field, PR, and positioning of the brand EPLAN.
