Optimization of market positioning and awareness based on a functioning communication concept for recognizable internal and external communication
RESULT
Required information on the actual and target status was gathered through employee and customer surveys, as well as during a workshop put on by us.
We subsequently developed a tailored communication concept including a short-term and long-term action plan, as well as an advertising strategy with optimal wording and memorable slogans. Targeted content on all channels played a key role.
On the basis of these measures and further approaches within the company, significant increases in awareness and turnover were recorded in the following months.
Among other factors, four customer loyalty events, an image and incentive portfolio, and employee magazines, have been – and are being – successively implemented.
